I am a professor at the German University of Digital Science and associate researcher at the DIPF - Lebniz Institute.
My research focuses on AI in Education, human-AI interaction, Learning analytics and Multimodality.

On the 4th September 2020, it took place the long-awaited moment: I defended my PhD thesis:
The Multimodal Tutor - Adaptive Feedback from Multimodal Experiences. Finally, after a long journey lasted 4 years I was awarded the title of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
As of November 1st, I officially work as Post-doctoral Research in Artificial Intelligence for CAROU the Centre of Actionable Research (https://www.ou.nl/carou), valorisation centre of the Open University of The Netherlands.
From June until September 2015 I will be busy at IBM Benelux in the city of Amsterdam developing an innovative project.
